By accessing or using Logdine's platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Logdine provides cloud-based management software for cafés, restaurants, and lodges, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management, reporting, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@logdine.com.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Non-payment may result in service suspension.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. No credit card is required for the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded unless you select a paid plan. Trial data is retained for 30 days post-trial.
All intellectual property in the Logdine platform, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, belongs to Logdine Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform ("Customer Data"). By using our Services, you grant Logdine a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Services. We will not use your business data for our own commercial purposes.
You agree not to: use the Services for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; reverse-engineer or copy any part of the platform; use the platform in ways that violate applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logdine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logdine and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate your account for material breach of these Terms with 7 days' notice (or immediately for serious violations). Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Raigad District, Maharashtra. We encourage resolution of disputes through mediation before litigation.
