All Logdine plans include a 14-day free trial. During this period, you will not be charged. If you choose not to continue, simply do not activate a paid plan — no refund is necessary as no payment is taken. Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiry.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. If you cancel a monthly plan, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds for monthly plans.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund if cancellation is requested within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may continue using the service until the end of the annual term. Contact billing@logdine.com within 30 days to request an annual plan refund.
You may downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current period. If the downgraded plan does not support features you are currently using, you will be given 7 days to adjust your usage before those features are restricted.
Upgrades take effect immediately. The additional cost for the remaining days in the billing cycle is calculated on a pro-rated basis and charged immediately.
If Logdine experiences downtime exceeding our 99.9% uptime SLA in a given month, affected customers on paid plans are eligible for service credits equal to 10× the downtime percentage of their monthly fee. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and are not redeemable as cash.
To cancel your subscription: log in to your Logdine dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You may also email billing@logdine.com or call +91 88880 00002 (Mon–Sat, 9AM–7PM IST). Cancellations are processed within 1 business day.
After cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. You can export your data (transactions, inventory, customer records) during this period in CSV/PDF formats. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers in accordance with our data retention policy.
In the rare event of a duplicate or erroneous charge, contact billing@logdine.com within 7 days. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
